The school year might seem light-years away but TriCounty Health is encouraging the community to start making plans to get their kids back to school immunizations. “Utah State law requires vaccinations for children entering into kindergarten and seventh grade,” shares TriCounty Health. “If you have a child that will be in one of these grades for the 2019-2020 school year now is a good time to check and see if they are up to date on their vaccines.” While
the vaccines
can be received at TriCounty Health locations they are also easily done during a well child visit at a Doctor’s appointment. TriCounty Health does host a traveling immunization clinic closer to the school year but encourages parents to get their kids immunizations done now before the rush.
