An opportunity to get your flu shot is available today and tomorrow at locations throughout northeastern Utah. TriCounty Health Department is hosting their annual Flu Shoot Out October 7th and 8th at locations in Uintah County, Daggett County, and two locations in Duchesne County. As a result, TriCounty Health locations will be closed all day today and tomorrow. The Flu Shoot Out runs from 3 to 6pm and the offices will be closed because, as TriCounty Health’s Liberty Best explains, “This year it is all hands on deck all day.” The Flu Shoot Out will be held at the Clinic in Manila, the Roosevelt USU Campus, Vernal’s Western Park, and the Centennial Event Center in Duchesne. Bring insurance and an ID. If you don’t have insurance it will be $25 dollars. Have short sleeves and be prepared to just travel through the Drive Thru to get your shot.
