TriCounty Health’s Give’m Health topic this week is the Children With Special Healthcare Needs or CSHCN services offered. TriCounty Health Care Coordinator Ericka Wall visited the Evans Family Media studios on Tuesday and shared what the program is all about. Ericka explained that she works with parents to connect them with the proper resources for children with a wide range of needs. The services include referral to resources and support; connecting families to Medicaid, CHIP, SSI and health insurance; helping families complete Ages and Stages Questionnaires; helping families create realistic care plans; follow up and monitoring and more.
