Graveside services for Gayla Kay Jack, age 62, of Roosevelt for will be held on Wednesday, June 26, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. at the Ft. Duchesne Cemetery. There will be viewings on Monday from 1:00-5:00 p.m. and on Tuesday from 9:00-5:00 p.m. at the Hullinger Mortuary.
