A transit alert has been issued for southern Sweetwater County in Wyoming near Flaming Gorge Reservoir. Beginning today, November 6th, through Friday, November 24th, Flaming Gorge Road south of Rock Springs near Flaming Gorge Reservoir will be closed to through traffic while road crews replace the culvert at Upper Marsh Creek. This closure affects anyone planning to travel south of the intersection of Flaming Gorge Road and Flaming Gorge Alternate Loop #1 or north of the intersection of Flaming Gorge Road and US Highway 191 South. Flaming Gorge Road is also known as County Road #33.
