For those that enjoy the ATV experiences that the Uintah Basin offers, a new trail has been completed. According to Ashley National Forest, the first of two sections of connector trails has been completed in the Ashley National Forest. The connector is part of the Badlands ATV trail and connects Avintaquin Campground to Highway 191. It will allow ATV users to gain access to Argyle Canyon through existing logging roads and opens the Avintaquin Campground for ATV use. This particular trail section has been built to accommodate OHV non-highway vehicles with a width less than 60 inches. Ashley National Forest invites people to “plan your ATV riding experiences this spring and summer (and) add this segment to your riding plans and enjoy a new segment of trail!”
