Knowledge is power, whether that be about homeschool, public school or everything in between. The First Annual Education Fair sponsored by the Vernal Area Chamber of Commerce Education Committee was a success on Wednesday evening. Booths were set up at the Uintah Conference Center that covered a wide variety of education options all under one roof. Education Committee Chair and Uintah School District Human Resources Director Mistalyn Leis was grateful for all who participated and attended. “It was fantastic to see a myriad of educational entities and agencies come together all in one space with a wide and vast amount of information,” shares Leis. “We hope to make this an annual event and want to send a unified message that we are all here for one purpose; to educate and help the children in our communities to be successful now and in the future! Thank you to all who participated.”
