A fight between two women in Uintah County quickly escalated on Tuesday when one of them deployed a taser and then used it repeatedly. According to the Affidavit of Probable Cause, the account of witnesses and those involved agree that an argument between the two was heating up when it became physical. What happened next was best confirmed by security camera footage from the residence. According to the investigating officer, the adult female victim opened the car door to speak with 28-year-old Kiley Durrant who was seated in the driver’s seat of the car. As Kiley and the victim began to yell at each other you can see Kiley reach for something in the car and the victim begins to grab at Kiley. At that time in the video, the investigator could hear what he recognized as a taser being used. He then observed the adult female victim run away from the car with Kiley chasing behind her with the taser. Kiley then grabbed the victim from behind, holding on and tasing her in the back of the head and throwing her to the ground. When this happened both the adult female victim and Kiley fell out of the frame of the video but the investigating officer could continue to hear on the audio the taser being deployed several more times. Kiley Durrant was booked into Uintah County Jail on the charge of Aggravated Assault and Disorderly Conduct.
