Fight At Gas Station And Warrant Leads To Arrest

An arrest was made after a fight was reported at the Chevron in Roosevelt over the weekend. According to the Affidavit of Probable Cause, 55-year-old Clyde Marko Cesspooch was inside punching his hands and being loud when officers arrived. An officer asked what was going on and Cesspooch eventually said that he and another individual were upset with each other. Officers learned that Cesspooch had a no bail warrant for his arrest. During his arrest it was found that Cesspooch had methamphetamine. He is charged with 3rd Degree Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance and Disorderly Conduct.
