‘Feed Utah’ Food Drive This Saturday To Benefit Local Food Pantries

by | Mar 13, 2025 | News | 0 comments

There is an ongoing need to help put food on the table for local families and the Uintah Basin Association of Governments Food Pantries stays focused on helping families in need. Their hard work is meant to be combined with generous local donations and an opportunity to make a donation is coming to your door this weekend. The ‘Feed Utah’ food drive is happening statewide, aimed at filling pantry shelves to feed an estimated 415,000 Utahns who face hunger. With the help of local volunteers, door hangers have been placed throughout Uintah Basin neighborhoods and this Saturday sometime after 9am, volunteers will gather nonperishable food donations that have been left outside the front door. Donations can also be dropped off at your local food pantry. Locations and pantry hours are listed on the UBAOG Food Pantries Facebook page.
