| Event Description | Kayla Lunceford, DPT is a women’s pelvic floor specialist. She will lead attendees in some prolapse healing exercises, so be sure to bring your own yoga mat for this event. Additionally, Kayla will provide information on prolapse, causes and solutions for women of all ages. Lunch will be provided. Registration is required through the link below. |

The Vernal City Council holds regular meetings on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month. The meeting starts. at 6:00pm, and is held at the city hall located at 374 E Main Street in Vernal.
