The Department of Workforce Services reports that Utah’s nonfarm payroll employment for June 2024 increased an estimated 2.4% across the past 12 months, with the state’s economy adding a cumulative 41,400 jobs since June 2023. Utah’s current job count stands at 1,766,500. Employment in Daggett County is recorded at 566 which is up from 476 in May. Employment in Duchesne County is recorded at 9,187 which is up from 9,057 in May.
