Educational Attainment in Uintah Basin

Workforce Service has provided a clear idea of education levels by county attained by citizens throughout the state of Utah. The source of data comes from the U.S. Census Bureau, an American Community Survey. According to the data, those who have obtained a bachelor’s degree or higher in the United States is 30.9% of the population. The state of Utah sits at 32.5% percent. Duchesne, Uintah and Daggett County are in the bottom group of Utah counties. Citizens with bachelor degrees in the Uintah Basin are at 14.5% in Duchesne County, 14.3% in Uintah County, and 9.3% in Daggett County.
