UBTech and the Division of Wildlife Resources have teamed up to offer a free night of delicious food and education. Taking place on the Roosevelt campus, all will learn how to turn big game harvest into an amazing meal. The chefs and students from UBTech’s culinary arts program will provide the live cooking demonstration. There will be a 7 course meal including braised elk heart, fried liver, dirty rice, tongue pastrami, corned elk and cabbage, and more. Those who register will be taught how to cook the variety of wild game dishes through cooking demonstrations, taste tests and take-home recipe cards. The free clinic will take place Friday, September 2nd and will be three hours long, going from 5pm to 8pm. Please sign up online as space is limited, and you must be registered to attend.
