Duchesne County Students of the Week

The Duchesne County Students of the Week are Chase Labrum and Kennedy Powell. As Union High School’s 2018 valedictorians, Chase participated on the Union Cougar boys golf team and Kennedy dominated cross country and track. At the senior awards night, Chase received the Judge Dennis Draney Service award presented by Mrs. Richardson. Kennedy has taken state in cross country and in the 1600 meters, 3200 meters, and in the medley in Track and Field. At the senior awards night, Kennedy received the Cougar Spirit Award and had the highest ACT score of the senior class. She also received an award for female athlete who has contributed most to Union athletics. Congratulations Chase Labrum and Kennedy Powell, Duchesne County Students of the Week.
