If a book is a gift you can enjoy again and again, local students could be on the receiving end of a lot of upcoming enjoyment. The Duchesne County School District is hosting a District wide reading competition, the ‘Battle of the Books!’ Students from across the District are invited to participate. Teams of 3 to 4 students will be formed and given a list of specific books to read which will vary based on age group. The competition begins at the school level with competitions between Grades 3 to 5, Grade 6, Grades 7 to 8, and Grades 9 to 12.
