It is hard to believe but the school year is just around the corner. The Duchesne County School District is preparing for the year and some important dates are coming up for residents with children ages 3 to 5. The Duchesne County Preschool ‘Child Find’ Free Developmental Screenings are taking place next week and those interested in having their child screened can schedule an appointment. The screenings assess speech and language, cognitive skills, gross motor, fine motor, social and emotional, vision, and hearing. All screenings are being held at the Con Amore Preschool in Myton and assessments are taking place August 6th, 7th, and 8th, each day from 8am to 1pm.
