A probation check in Duchesne led to an arrest for dealing Methamphetamine. According to the Affidavit of Probable Cause, an AP&P agent had received information that 43-year-old Christopher Micheal Christensen had been distributing Methamphetamine in Duchesne County. The agent and an officer responded to Christensen’s work on July 15th and had him step outside to speak with them. In his front pocket was found a baggie containing Methamphetamine. He was placed in custody. He told them that a neighbor had given him the Methamphetamine to sell it. A search of Christensen’s trailer revealed more Meth, as well as drug paraphernalia and alcohol, which is a violation of probation. His phone was searched, revealing multiple messages setting up drug deals. Christensen is charged with 2nd Degree Felony Distribution of a Controlled Substance as well as other drug charges.
