A Duchesne County man was arrested this month after a report was called in of an assault. According to the Affidavit of Probable Cause, a third party made the phone call but the person reported was unable to be located and questioned. Later that night another 9-1-1 call came in and 45-year-old Michael Wayne Eades was located in a closet hiding. Eades was arrested for the offenses of Assault of a Pregnant Person, Child Abuse With Injury, Domestic Violence in the Presence of a Child, Intoxication, and drug charges. Eades received an Order to Release from Jail with Conditions on February 24th and is scheduled in court on March 17th.
