This week’s Athlete of the Week is Aislynn Weaver. Aislynn is the setter on Union High School’s Volleyball team. Aislynn is also the forward guard on the basketball team. In Track and Field Aislynn competes in the 400 meters and throws Javelin. Track, Field and Assistant Basketball Coach, Jessica Parker had this to say about Aislynn: “Aislynn is the athlete that every coach wants to coach. She works her guts out and puts her whole heart and soul into everything she does. She makes things happen because of her heart, desire, hustle, and talent. Because of her work ethic and talent, Aislynn is a well rounded athlete and a multi-sport athlete.” Congratulations Aislynn Weaver, Duchesne County Athlete of the Week.
