In a first for the organization, the youth members of the Uintah Basin Youth Chamber Orchestra were allowed to choose the theme for their next concert and what do you think they chose? Disney of course! The kids have worked hard and are excited to present their Disney themed concert on February 1st, shares Executive Director Brad Vanfleet. He admits, however, it was tricky finding orchestra music that was a good fit for the group as Disney options were limited. Still, Vanfleet is happy for the experience and invites the public to come enjoy an evening of beautiful, fun music put on by these talented youth. The concert will be held in the Vernal Middle School Auditorium on Saturday, February 1st, at 7pm. Tickets are $5 and any youth 18 and under are free.
