The Hospitality Committee in Uintah County is recognizing the faces of customer service in local businesses. The new Dino “Soar” customer service award recipient is a well-known friendly face at the Vernal McDonald’s. Tiffany Middleton has been working at McDonald’s for a little over a year and is known as the GEM, Guest Experience Manager. “If you have dined at McDonald’s you will instantly remember Tiffany,” shares Uintah County Travel and Tourism Director Lesha Coltharp. “She can be found refilling drinks, chatting with the teenagers, and most significantly the special birthday song she personally sings to anyone celebrating their special day. She is always smiling and greeting people [and] makes you feel like you’re the most important person and has people coming back for more.” Tiffany is a shining example of DINOMITE Customer Service that “Soars” above what is normally seen in the Hospitality Service Industry.
