Getting the up close and personal experience with hot air balloons is just a service opportunity away. The Dinah “SOAR” Days Hot Air Balloon Festival is scheduled August 25th through the 27th in Vernal and volunteers are needed. Each hot air balloon pilot needs a crew of volunteers that help set up, launch, and pack up the balloons. Each year, thousands have attended the festival and the local economy is benefitted from visitors keeping hotels, restaurants, and gas stations busy.
