Dense fog created low visibility in eastern Utah over the weekend. Some areas of Uintah County were especially thick with fog all day Sunday. Uintah County Emergency Management shared that a Dense Fog Advisory had been put into effect sharing that visibility was less than a half mile in the dense fog and warning travelers that low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous. Fog may continue into this week. If you are driving in an area with fog, be sure to slow down, use your headlights, and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
