Delivery Driver Allegedly Steals From Duchesne County Work Site

A delivery driver is charged in 8th District Court for allegedly stealing tools from a work site he delivered to in Duchesne County. According to the Affidavit for Arrest Warrant, the driver for Yuma Express Services made a delivery to a work site in Arcadia on December 6th. On December 10th, it was noticed that power tools and batteries had gone missing from a shop on the work site. Security footage showed the delivery driver with the items. The delivery driver, 38-year-old Yudier Lopez Marrero of Texas, was contacted and denied entering any buildings or touching the tools. Marrero is charged with 3rd Degree Felony Theft and 3rd Degree Felony Burglary.
