According to court documents, a traffic stop was initiated around 2:30pm on November 1st on a black Chevy Silverado on State Road 43 in Manila. The vehicle was equipped with fraudulent plates. The officer asked the driver for documentation but was ignored. The driver was ordered to exit the vehicle which he did not do. A loaded gun and drugs were found in the vehicle.
