Family and friends are mourning the loss of a Manila girl after a car accident on Sunday. The Daggett County Sheriff’s Office responded to assist the Wyoming Highway Patrol on February 16th with a single-vehicle rollover crash near milepost 139 on Wyoming Road 414. “The driver of the SUV involved in the crash was taken to Memorial Hospital of Sweetwater County in Rock Springs where she was treated for her injuries,” shares the Sheriff’s Office. “A passenger in the vehicle – 10-year-old Arriahna Ball of Manila, Utah – was transported to Ashley Regional Medical Center in Vernal, where she died from her injuries. Sheriff Erik Bailey extends his sincerest condolences to Arriahna’s family and to everyone who knew and loved her.” A dinner to benefit the Ball family will be held on Monday, February 24th at 6pm at the Manila Senior Center. The event is sponsored by the Manila Fire Department and the Manila Senior Citizen Center and all donations will go to the family. Evans Family Media extends our heartfelt condolences to the Ball family and all those affected by this tragedy.
