The Daggett County Victim Advocacy Program is seeking the help of volunteers. The Victim Advocacy Program assists victims of crime and other tragedies in the Daggett County Area by providing crisis intervention and acute victim assistance in coordination with the Daggett County Sheriff ’s Office and Daggett County Attorney’s Office. “Volunteer advocates are essential to the program,” shares the announcement. “We are looking for compassionate, dependable volunteers who are willing to help others in what could be the most challenging times of their life. Volunteers will need to pass a background check and complete training provided by the program coordinator.” Those interested can contact the Victim’s Advocate Coordinator through Daggett County.
