Tourism season is winding down in Daggett County though the fun isn’t over yet. This weekend is the Daggett Heritage PRCA Rodeo and Daggett Days. The Daggett County Commission shared their gratitude for all who helped this summer in the latest edition of their Commissioner Corner. “We’ve had fishing derbys’, all kinds of rodeos, car shows, fireworks, beer tastings, museum events, the County Fair, Tower Rock Run, Shooting Complex events, numerous Forest Service programs and the kids have all gone back to school,” shares the Commissioners. “A little something for everyone! Hopefully everyone was able to enjoy a few of these activities. Fall is in the air with cooler temperatures, along with a bountiful harvest and hunting season upon us,” they continue. “Let’s all be safe and immerse ourselves in all the tranquil colors and serenity of our beautiful mountains.” The PRCA Rodeo is this Friday and Saturday with Daggett Daze parade and activities on September 2nd.
