The Hospitality Committee in Uintah County is recognizing the faces of customer service in local businesses. The new Dino “Soar” customer service award recipient is Alexia Henline. Alexia has worked at 4 Brothers Pizza for 3 years now. The owner of 4 Brothers taught Culinary Arts in the high school and noticed an outstanding student, Alexia. “She was hard working and determined,” shares Alexia’s manager Lindsey Germer. “She knew she wanted [Alexia] on her team so they recruited her to work in their restaurant. Alexia is dedicated to providing fantastic, personalized customer service. She has memorized what local customers order and even before they walk up to the counter she starts preparing their favorite food for them. When she sees kids struggling at the restaurant while they are waiting for their food, she will go over to help the parents by offering the kids free croutons or inviting them to draw on their chalk walls.” The staff and owners of 4 Brothers Pizza consider Alexia a blessing to them all.
