Two people are in critical condition following a crash on Highway 40 near the Bridgeland intersection. According to Utah Highway Patrol, the crash took place at mile 96.5 on Highway 40 in Duchesne County at approximately 3:35pm on Wednesday, September 18th. “[The] collision occurred between a Chevrolet Blazer and a flat bed tow truck,” shares Utah Highway Patrol. “The two occupants of the Blazer were transported for medical service in critical condition, one by air and one by ambulance. Both victims of the crash are tribal members.” The Bureau of Indian Affairs is investigating the crash and requested assistance from Utah Highway Patrol.
