Funeral services for Connie Wells Sweat, age 54 of Duchesne, the wife of Boo Sweat, will be held on Saturday, July 13th at 11:00 am at the Duchesne 1st and 3rd Ward Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints chapel.
The viewing will be held from 9:30 to 10:30 am prior to the service on Saturday.
