Christmas isn’t really Christmas for many people until there is a chance to sing and hear favorite Christmas songs. A special opportunity to do just that is happening this Sunday at a Christmas Sing Along where an Interfaith choir will perform and all in attendance will be invited to join in singing classic Christian Christmas hymns. The Interfaith choir has been meeting weekly under the direction of former Uintah Schools choir director Reed Hansen who describes the experience as being especially sweet. At their most recent rehearsal, Hansen shared with the group how special it has been for him to have another chance to work with a choir. No doubt this is especially significant as a good amount of the Interfaith choir members are Hansen’s former students. All are invited to attend the Interfaith Christmas Sing Along on December 17th at 7pm at the Vernal Stake Center on 850 West 100 North. Refreshments will be served after the program. All are invited.
