The Duchesne County Chamber of Commerce has settled into their new location in Roosevelt and they are ready to invite the public to come check it out. An Open House and Luncheon is being held a week from today and Chamber Executive Director Dorothy Carter is excited to welcome people as it has been over 20 years since the Duchesne County Chamber has had a Main Street location. “We are working to grow and do things that will enhance the development of the community and businesses,” explains Carter. “We’re really working to bring value to our Chamber.” The organization is close to launching a Calendar of Events that will cover everything in every community in Duchesne County and even beyond as it will include Ballard. The Open House and Luncheon is being held May 24th from 11:30am to 1:30pm at 310 East 200 South in Roosevelt.
