A Colorado Congresswoman who has attracted a lot of attention during her time in office has announced a switch in her plans for this year’s election. Representative Lauren Boebert was elected for her second term in Colorado’s 3rd Congressional District in 2022 in a very tight race against her Democrat challenger Adam Frisch. With the recent announcement of Republican Representative Ken Buck that he will not seek re-election in Colorado’s 4th District, Boebert has jumped ship from the 3rd District race in order to seek election in the 4th Congressional District. In Boebert’s announcement this week, she emphasized that this switch aligns with her commitment to fight for rural America.
