Funding has lined up for Roosevelt City on two projects that have been in the works for some time. The Permanent Community Impact Board (CIB) approved funding during their October meeting for Roosevelt City to build a new, four-flex sports complex. The award includes a $280,000 dollar grant and a $3.2 million dollar low-interest loan. The CIB also approved funding for reconstruction of Roosevelt’s State Street. The award is a $345,000 dollar grant and a $284,000 dollar low-interest loan. “We need continuous infrastructure improvements to keep our communities safe,” shared Daggett County Commissioner Jack Lytle, who serves as a CIB board member. “The Permanent Community Impact Board is proud to have the financial ability to impact our communities for generations to come.”
