Funeral services for Carolyn Slade, age 83 of Vernal, the wife of Eddie Slade, will be held Saturday, August 17, 2024, at 11:00 AM at Maeser 3rd Ward LDS Chapel (2575 North 1500 West). A visitation for family and friends will be held Saturday morning 9:30-10:45AM at the Church.
Interment will be in the Rockpoint Cemetery under the direction of the Phillips Ashley Valley Funeral Home.
