Funeral services for Carolyn “Dolly” (Hacking) Shiner, age 90 of Vernal, will be held Monday, September 23 at 11:00am with a visitation for family and friends will be that morning from 9:45am ~ 10:45am all at the Phillips Ashley Valley Funeral Home.
Interment in the Dry Fork Cemetery next to her beloved husband DeLoy Shiner. Services under the direction of the Ashley Valley Funeral Home.
