Aspiring young entrepreneurs are encouraged to start preparing now for the Kids Business Fair happening next month in Duchesne County. “This is for young minds bubbling with creativity and entrepreneurial spirit to display their great ideas to their friends, mentors and supportive community members,” shares Dorothy Carter, executive director of the Duchesne County Development Corporation – the entity sponsoring the event. In what organizers hope will become an annual event, children from age 5 through 16 are invited to show off and sell their innovations, products and services at the Kid’s Business Fair. The event will be held on Friday, July 19th at Old Mill Park in Roosevelt from 5 pm to 8:30 pm. There is no cost for the booth space. Children are invited to set up their “business” using a table and chairs decorated with signage to attract potential customers. For more information, call Dorothy at 435-820-4807.
