While Colorado law is still expected to initiate an automatic recount of the 3rd Congressional District race, incumbent Republican Representative Lauren Boebert and her challenger Democrat Adam Frisch have agreed that Boebert is the race’s winner. Boebert shared a video on Thursday of her claiming victory while standing in front of the U.S. Capitol. On Friday, Frisch shared a video on social media conceding the race. A recount is mandatory if the top two candidates are within 0.5 percent and as of the data released on Thursday evening, the margin was at about 0.34 percent.
