The local spring baseball leagues are winding down but that does not mean an end to baseball games. The annual Basin Bash Baseball Tournament is happening this weekend and it looks like it will be a bases loaded event. There will be close to 60 baseball teams playing with almost 2500 people enjoying the games. Baseball enthusiast are sure to have a grand time but the Vernal Area Chamber of Commerce wants the local business community to have a ball as well. The Chamber will be putting together 600 bags that will be given to the people that register for the bash. Businesses are invited to add an item to the bags. Bring a coupon, advertisements, small items with your name or whatever else you can think of to get people to your business. The bags will be prepared Monday, June 3rd so any item must be delivered to the chambers office by 5pm. The tournament starts Friday, June 7th and runs until Saturday, June 8th. Games will run 8am to 10pm.
