Former athletes with the University of Utah are preparing for a trip to eastern Utah for another football camp with youth of the Uintah-Ouray Ute Reservation. This will be the second year that Athletes For Life are hosting the football camp for kids of the Ute Indian Tribe. Athletes For Life is a 501c3 founded by former Utah football punter Hank Mondaca who considered last year’s camp a unifying experience for all the kids that attended and noted the positive experience it was for Union students as well. This year’s camp is planned for June 26th and 27th at Union High School.
