Having children can certainly be a life changing event! To help those that are pregnant, Ashley Regional Medical Center through their Women’s Center will be starting up a free five week class. This special service for expectant parents will help them get ready for the physical, emotional, and lifestyle changes that will come with having a baby. The classes are created to provide vital information and calming reassurances which can be especially helpful during pregnancy. The first four weeks will center on prenatal topics with the fifth week focusing on breastfeeding. The class is free for the community but registration is necessary.
