UDOT: Expect Travel Delays On Highway 40 East Of Fort Duchesne

The Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT) advises drivers to plan for lane restrictions and travel delays on Highway 40 east of Fort Duchesne. As early as Sunday, May 15th, crews will reduce the highway to one lane between mileposts 125 and 126 near Gusher while crews rebuild the roadway. Drivers should expect one-way traffic and temporary traffic signals. Restrictions will be in effect 24 hours-a-day through May 26th. UDOT shares that there will be periods when crews will not be working to allow the concrete road base to cure and harden. Motorists should expect moderate travel delays.
