Roosevelt City Welcomes Joshua Bake to City Manager Position

Roosevelt City issued a press release to welcome Joshua Bake as their new City Manager. Bake comes to Roosevelt City with years of experience in local government ranging from municipal court management to urban renewal development, municipal budgeting, and general city administration. Most recently, Bake has been employed as City Manager of Naples City. “I am very excited about the opportunities Roosevelt has; the people, the staff, the area, there are so many wonderful opportunities,” said Bake. “Service has always been a life-long desire of mine, and I am very much looking forward to serving the great people of Roosevelt.” Bake has a Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Wyoming College of Law, a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the University of Wyoming, and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Southern Virginia University. In addition to his education and experience, Bake also has a long history of community involvement. He will begin his new position on July 1.
