TriCounty COVID-19 Transmission Levels and Percent Positivity By County

Once again the counties in the TriCounty Health District will stay at the same COVID-19 Transmission Index Levels. Uintah County and Duchesne County remain at the High Transmission Level and Daggett County is in the Low Transmission Level. According to a Thursday press release from TriCounty Health, Uintah County’s 7-day average percent positivity was 25 percent and there were 306 cases in the past 14 days. Duchesne County’s 7-day average percent positivity was 19 percent and there were 148 cases in the past 14 days. Daggett County remained at zero percent and zero cases. Over the past 7 days the tri-county area as a whole had 17 COVID-19 related hospitalizations and zero new COVID-19 related deaths. Statewide total ICU utilization is 89 percent, shares TriCounty Health, and the 7-day COVID-19 utilization is 37 percent.
