What Businesses Need to Know About COVID-19

The Utah Coronavirus Task Force is offering information to help business owners know what to do if an employee is exposed or tests positive for COVID-19. The Task Force shares that any employee should NOT come to work if they have had close contact with someone who gets sick or tests positive. Even if the employee is not feeling sick they should self quarantine for 14 days and monitor for symptoms. The health department will reach out to the employee with further instructions. Note that even if the employee tests negative for the virus they must finish the FULL 14-day quarantine.
