“Service Above Self.” That is the motto of the Rotary Club and though we might have heard the name some might not know what they are about. The object of Rotary is to encourage and foster the ideal of service as a basis of worthy enterprise. In other words lead life by service, in every aspect. From developing new friendships to running a business lead by service. Every objective is set against the “Rotary 4-Way Test” which has its members ask these questions. Is it the truth? Is it fair to all concerned? Will it build goodwill and better friendships? Will it be beneficial to all concerned? So when the Rotary Club of Vernal says it is having its Annual Casino Night you can expect that it has a bigger purpose than just a night of fun and games. All the money goes to a good cause like Santa’s Community Effort and the annual Coats for Kids. The event will be
Saturday, March 23 from 5:30pm-11:30pm
at the Uintah Conference Center. Tickets are available at Davis Food and Drug. There is limited space. Attendees must be 21+. Come enjoy fun, make new friends and serve the community all in one event.
