Accident In Roosevelt Ends In DUI Arrest

A DUI arrest in Roosevelt has resulted in a felony charge for the driver. According to the Affidavit of Probable Cause, an officer was dispatched to an accident on Summerall Lane between a 2000 GMC pickup truck and a 2017 GMC Acadia. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the driver of the GMC pickup truck, Gregory May Houston. When asked if he had been drinking he admitted that he had. When asked to do field sobriety testing he said he would not be able to due to his drinking and injuries to both ankles. He agreed to a blood draw and was arrested for DUI. Houston is charged with 3rd Degree Felony Driving Under the Influence, among other charges. No information was provided regarding the extent of the vehicle accident and the condition of any other individuals involved.
