Duchesne County Sheriff Travis Tucker is thanking the public for assistance received. “On February 3rd, Sheriff Tucker requested assistance from the public in identifying a person of interest,” shares the announcement. “As of [Wednesday] morning, Ernest Winder, age 57, of Fruitland, Utah has been apprehended and booked into the Duchesne County Jail on three outstanding warrants. Ernest Winder was wanted for questioning involving cases of criminal activity in the Fruitland area.” Court documents show that Winder is charged with Theft and Criminal Trespass related to an alleged offense that took place in October as well as separate charges of Theft and Criminal Trespass also filed for an alleged offense that took place in August.
